We use USPS first class mail which always includes tracking. You'll receive USPS tracking via SMS and or email updates when your product has shipped and has been delivered as well. Shipping rates are determined by USPS due to the weight of your items and package.

Returns & exchanges

If you don't love your order, we want to help! Products may be exchanged or returned within 21 days of receipt (verified by tracking). If your desired item's style or size is not available, we're happy to provide an alternative or store credit. We'll process your return within 7 business days of receiving. Shipping will be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged before or during delivery. Items cannot be returned without contacting the email address below. 

We ask that products are returned in their original condition free of odors, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
